Great food knows no borders. The Ahmad brothers know that. It’s what inspired them to unite two worlds in one eatery, combining U.S. southern comfort food staples with southern Mediterranean bites for a flavorful punch that spans hemispheres. They named it Notos, Greek for "the south wind."

Here, visitors choose their own culinary adventure by moving between quick-pick Mediterranean and American menus. Each menu item is then freshly prepared in a flash, ensuring anyone can eat well on the fly.
